bad housekeeping flooded floor
House keeping SUCKED. they left our used towels on the bathroom floor, how disgusting is THAT? the shower door did not contain the water so the floor flooded, so what am i supposed to do? the staff seemed overworked, why our room was badly serviced. Talk about inconvenience.

acceptable stay WITH issues
rude staff bar restriction
the location suited ME as it was convenient for nearby restaurants.
the staff at the bar showed RUDE behavior and lacked flexibility . they INSISTED that my children move away from our table, even though we were a family, because they ordered main courses. this restriction applied ONLY to the bar area.

comfortable bed friendly staff great value convenient location
the bed was big and comfortable. i found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel offered great value for money during my christmas stay. the location proved convenient for getting around.
I noticed that some areas need updating. For instance, the baseboard was separating from the wall.

dirty carpet nespresso restocking
The staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty, though it could have been warmer.
The cleanliness left something to be desired. The hallway carpets looked stained and dirty. they smelled damp. they never restocked the Nespresso capsules in the room, so I had to ask for them downstairs.

non-functioning phone missing towels
The location proved convenient. It was a short walk to the train station.
The room's phone did not work, frustrating. We could not contact reception to request towels after housekeeping removed used ones but failed to replace them. Eventually, I had to use my mobile to call and request new towels.
